Summer Camp – Full Day

This is a full day summer camp.

A huge bonus to signing up this week is that Safety City will be having a float in our Westerner Days Parade on Wednesday, July 18^th. We are asking all of our summer camp participants to join us as part of our float! All children, along with our camp counsellors/staff will be walking, riding a bike or riding a scooter behind our decorated truck. We ask that on the WEDNESDAY you bring your child downtown to meet us for the parade. Dress for the weather and please remember a helmet if you are also bringing a bike or scooter.

 

After the parade, as we anticipate a beautiful day, we would like to take the children to the Splash Park downtown for the majority of the afternoon. This means, your child(ren) will need swimsuits (we suggest wearing them under your clothes) and towels. Don’t forget sunscreen and bug spray if you would like these on your child as well.

 

As such, we ask our half-day campers to be picked up from the splash park itself. For our full-day campers, please let us know what time you would like to pick up your children so we can let you know if it will be at the splash park or at Safety City.

 

As with each day, we ask that you send a bagged lunch and snacks. This day you may wish to send extra water along with their change of clothes.
